Learn how to play the Conspirian scale!
Conspirian seem to work over almost any chord progression as a blanket scale, and it’s just a Blues scale with an added major 7th.
Make sure you know where all maj7s are located in and around every minor pentatonic shape.
The better you know your minor pentatonic scales, with all its intervals, the easier this is.
As you improvise over a blues or a jazz blues with Conspirian, notice what the b5 and maj7 is in relation to chord IV and V.
Find this in all shapes and target those notes!
The Conspirian Scale
The Conspirian scale is a Spytunes exclusive, Guru found it as he was working out musical harmony.
No matter what Jazz/Blues progression Conspirian scale is put through, she always seem to pull through OK.
Eric Clapton, David Gilmour and Santana are all users of the Conspirian scale, if they only knew!
